First fill out our application form: HERE.  We will schedule a complimentary meet and greet, to make sure we're a perfect match for you and your pup! From there we can arrange your pup's first Walk n' Wag adventure with us!

Yes! Walk 'n' Wag is insured and bonded by Pet Care Insurance. We are happy to show you a copy of our policy upon request!

Each pup will have a 2 -3 hour window depending on the number of walks your dog is schedule to receive that day!

Yes, of course! Once we've finalized a schedule for your pup, we will arrange a time for your walker to come by and meet their new pal, and get familiar with their environment and routine.

Yes! This service is based on availability and dog compatibility.

We are out walking rain, snow or shine!  We do take into account the safety of your dogs and our walkers.  In the case of dangerously frigid or hot temperatures, walkers will take your pup out to potty, then bring them back inside to play for the remaining time. In the unlikely case of extreme weather or dangerous driving conditions (i.e. flooding, snow storms resulting in road closures or icy road) where we are unable to safely travel by car, your walk may be cancelled with no cancellation fee. We do give as much advance notice as possible in these circumstances.

In the event of an emergency, Walk 'n' Wag maintains up to date information on emergency vet hospitals nearby.  We keep detailed records regarding your pet's medical history and vet information that you provided to us when signing up. In the case of an emergency, a veterinary release form allows for your pet to be treated in your absence in the event we are unable to reach you or your pet's assigned emergency contact. 

We service the following neighborhoods in Stamford: Downtown Stamford, Harbor Point, Glenbrook, Springdale, Shippan, and Shippan Point. For an additional fee, we will also travel to Darien, Cos Cob, Old Greenwich and Greenwich for a select menu of services.

Absolutely!  You will receive a photo via email or text after every completed visit of your pup walking 'n' wagging with us!

Yes, after the meet and greet you will receive a detailed copy of Walk 'n' Wag's Service Agreement to review before we schedule our first walk!

Payment is due in full on or before services are rendered.

We accept digital payments of Venmo, and Paypal.  Cash and Checks are also accepted.

Cancellations made after 5pm the day before service will be charged a non-refundable 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations made after 12AM on the same day of service will be charged at the full rate. This also applies to any service where notice of cancellation was not given and we show up for a scheduled service. Pet Sitting Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to scheduled service will be charged a fee of 50% of total service.
